Medicare

For in-person sessions, the rebate is processed on the day and deposited directly into your bank account. A physical bank card is required.

For telehealth sessions, you will need to claim the rebate directly through Medicare after your appointment.

Private health insurance

Depending on your fund and level of cover, your insurer may cover part of the session fee.

A receipt with the relevant item details will be provided for you to lodge a claim directly.

Payment options

In-person sessions are payable on the day.

Telehealth sessions can be paid by credit card on the day (processing fees apply) or by direct deposit at least two days prior (no processing fees).

Cancellation policy

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and reschedules.

Missed appointments and late notice changes will be charged at the full session fee.

Comprehensive adult assessments are conducted via video-conference and include all necessary appointments and documentation. Pricing varies depending on the type of assessment and level of reporting required.
